One side features an image of Nelson & Billie; the other side says: "Thanks for a wonderful 33 years. Good health and much happiness. Nelson McCoy, Billie McCoy, September 1981"
The bottom has an incised mark: "1412, McCoy, USA"
It is ivory colored with brown design & speckles
It measures approx. 3.5 inches tall
There are no chips, cracks or repairs, but there are a few manufacturers flaws on the inside bottom (pinholes with staining around them, see photo 8)
