    Description

Very interesting sterling souvenir spoon, with the phrase: "Honi Soit Qui Mal-Y-Pense".
A French saying on the British Coat of Arms from the Chivalric Order of the Garter which
was founded in 1348 by King Edward III.  The phrase means: " Shamed be the person who
    thinks evil of it"
The spoon has an Indian with a feather head dress holding up the crown and the coat of arms,
which is enameled. The bowl is plain, with a slight gold wash.
    The weight is 22.4 grams.
