You are bidding on a Triple K Vertical Challenger Holster 191-2 RH. It is marked "6-1/2". This holster is available new from the manufacture for about 0. From what I can determine from the manufacture web site this is intended for a large variety of long barrel revolvers.
Condition is new old stock with no tags. In storage for an unknown period. Clean, smells new. Sort of twisty looking, this appears to be from the strong retention spring set up.
