    Description

    1950s Kellogg's PEP Whole Wheat Flakes Cereal Box
    :
    This is an interesting "complete" Original PEP Whole Wheat Flakes cereal box. It measures 8 3/4" by 6 1/4" by 2 5/8" deep. It has been shrink wrapped after someone cut through the left side (image 1 & 8), half of the top, and back down the other side (image 4 & 5 - on right) while the bottom of it has remained untouched. On one side panel is an advertisement for Kellogg's PEP model Warplane Kit. The reverse of the box has 2 spotter plane cards - The Curtiss "Commando" and the Brewster "Buccaneer". The box seems to have packing peanuts holding its shape from the shrink wrap. This rare box remains in great condition considering the cuts made along the sides while the top has collapsed in with a brown stain and the back has two dark brown spots as well, please take a look at the images and if you have any questions please ask.
