Beautiful and high quality sterling silver spoon dating to years around 1900 featuring pierced design handle with deep relief flower floral pattern, front and back of handle. This is Holy berries flower and is considered a birth flower for December. Holy berries are symbols for Christmas and also for month of December. Holy berries make a nice gift for Christmas. In the bowl has hand engraved J.B. Condition of the spoon is excellent, measures 5-5/8 inch long (143 mm). On the back it is marked STERLING 12 and has makers hallmark for ALVIN Mfg. Co.
