    Description

    If you do any torch soldering, this gel can really help you protect nearby parts and gemstones from the heat.  Just apply a liberal amount to the entire surface of whatever you are trying to protect. The gel soaks up the heat before it can do damage. Just rinse off with water to remove when you are done. It is made of non-hazardous materials, and is safe to apply with your fingers. It is also very good to protect previous solder joints from melting in the heat of the torch. This gel can tolerate temperatures up to 3,700 F.You get one  3-oz. jar in this order (re-packed from larger container).
