The Cast Bullet Association's Nature and Purpose
The Cast Bullet Association is and has been for over 40 years, an organization of shooters who enjoy shooting cast lead bullets in rifles and handguns for competition, hunting, or informal target shooting. The Association's central purpose is to help shooters enjoy cast bullet shooting by:Stimulating and encouraging experiments in casting and handloading cast bullets that will improve the design, accuracy and effectiveness of the ammunition and increase the satisfaction and enjoyment of shooters. Provide well-regulated shooting competitions programs including postal matches. that can be shot on the shooter's home range, for those who would like to test their loading and shooting skills against others. Publishing an official journal, The Fouling Shot, to serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas, to report on the results of experiments, experiences, and competitions with cast bullets; and to report all affairs of the Association to the membership.Conducting the Association's affairs in a manner which presents a favorable impression of the private ownership of firearms to the general public and to otherwise support the citizen's right to keep and bear arms We currently boast a membership of approximately 1600 members throughout the U.S. and in more than 10 foreign countries.

6 Issues per year of The Fouling Shot Journal - Our bi-monthly publication filled with tips, how-to's and match results.
You are able to compete in registered Cast Bullet Association Matches, including postal matches no matter where you live.

Once you have completed the checkout process, you
may
receive an email from me asking you to provide any basic information not provided with your paypal checkout. Usually you will receive a welcoming packet with your membership card within 7-14 days. You will also receive a copy of our latest issue of "The Fouling Shot", usually within 48 hours if email membership is chosen, hard copies usually take up to 2 weeks. Future issues of "The Fouling Shot" will be sent appropriate with your selected membership approximately every two months (deadline for articles are the 10th of even months and usually it is printed and sent out before the end of the same month).
