(5) individually packaged sheets.  The part number lists 11x11 but these measure 12x12.  These will be folded for shipping unless requested otherwise.

We give a NO-DOA within eBay's return policy time to test/inspect item to 100% satisfaction.
We power items up (if applicable) and test for basic functionality.
We do not extensively test most items.
