1942 vintage
,
"Little Beloved Belindy",
black cloth rag doll by Georgene Novelties Co., Inc. She measures between 14 1/2" and 15" tall and is in pristine condition with no rips or tears, no holes or repairs, no wear, fading or stains, no odors AND no clothes EXCEPT for her original red cotton bandanna still firmly attached by the original safety pins. She has perfectly painted features including her black outlined nose, original big button eyes and those
endearing boxy feet
and chubby tummy as described and illustrated on pages 62-63, "The Raggedy Ann & Andy Family Album"-Sue Garrison (where many of our own Raggedy Ann family of dolls are also illustrated). She is anxious to find a new home and for someone to find her a nice outfit or sew her some clothes before for Summer. She is from a smoke free home. (loc 50)  Other
